Live Vehicle / Farm & Industrial Auctions

All vehicles are subject to a 10% Buyer's Fee, minimum $100 to a maximum $400 plus GST and PST. It is recommended that the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome be used as the default browser for the online auction.

Vehicles may have a reserve price as set by the owner. The highest bid does not necessarily mean that the vehicle has been sold. The owners will be contacted with the highest offers by us when the auction for that unit ends. Any successful offers will be notified by a phone call and/or an email to make payment and pickup arrangements.

When bidding on the live auction, once the auctioneer declares that the auction for that unit has ended, any bids received after this time will be dismissed.

Please read the description of the units and listen to the announcements made by the auctioneer during the live auction as all vehicles are sold “as is” without warranty or guarantee unless otherwise stated. It is ultimately responsibility of the purchaser to know what they are purchasing.

Vehicles can be paid for in person with cash, debit, credit or a certified cheque.

All items won through the auction must be paid for before receiving them. You can not pick and choose items after winning them. Please do not bid on any items you do not intend on purchasing, you will be permanently suspended from bidding.

Pick up and payment arrangements must be made within 48 hours of purchase.

Online Only Vehicle Auctions

These vehicles are units that did not meet the reserve price set by the owner, at our Vehicle auction. They are placed in a Saturday – Thursday @ 3:00 pm - online only vehicle auction. The vehicles still have reserve prices, but the highest offers received by Thursday @ 3:00 pm will be made to the owner. The automotive department will contact anyone who is a successful bidder or is close enough to have a counteroffer by email and/or a phone call. You can always contact Auto Department at 306-931-7666 and ask for same.

You can also ‘Buy It Now’ for the ‘Buy Now’ price, if you wish.

Online Live Auction Items

Item Conditions

New: Unopened and new condition. 7-day limited warranty applies.

Refurbished/Used: Item has been opened and shows signs of regular use and wear. Package may be damaged or repackaged. There may be some scratches or minor damage but is still in good working order unless otherwise specified. 7-day limited warranty applies. There won’t be any guarantee or warranty for Battery.

As Is: The item is sold as it appears with no warranty provided.

We strongly recommend that you check all items personally at PBR Auctions.

Items are available for viewing and pickup at PBR Auctions, 105 - 71st Street West in Saskatoon, SK, Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm (Friday - 9am to 9pm).

Once auction ends or you’ve won an item, you won’t be allowed to view item before making payment.

All items are subject to a 10% buyers’ premium and taxes (5% GST and 6% PST).

Items purchased have a limited 7-day limited warranty. If the item is deemed defective/inoperable, you may return it to us, and at our discretion, may be eligible for exchange or store credit only.

Items must be picked up, or arrangements made, no later than one week following the auction close time. Shipping arrangements can be made with additional charges. For any concern or arrangement for pickup or shipping, please send an email to ketul@pbrauctions.com.

Do not reply to winning email as email address is not being monitored.

If items are not picked up or arrangements not made prior, the items will be placed into the next available auction and the bidder number will be suspended.

Items can be paid for in person with cash, debit, credit or a certified cheque or online through the PayPal link. If paying by PayPal, email must match with email attached in account else transaction won’t be considered.

If someone else is picking up item for you, person will require Authorization Letter. You can either send it handwritten with person and let us know over phone or you can send it by email to ketul@pbrauctions.com. Without Authorization Letter, person will not be entertained.

Auctions are set to end at a pre-determined time. Although, if an item receives a bid within 5 minutes of the closing time, an additional 5 minutes will continue to be added with each bid, until bidding ceases. This is to allow everyone a fair opportunity to bid on the items.

When placing a maximum bid, the system will automatically bid up to this amount for you. If the system detects two identical max. bids, the first one placed will be given priority. Please ensure that you are the current bidder when viewing items, you are interested in.
